A true veteran of the human capital management and contingent workforce industries, Jason has spent his decades-long career thriving in key leadership roles, including a tenure at a leading Global MSP, where he was a key architect of an MSP program analytics platform and Data Governance program. Jason received his MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Business School.

Anthony Mancuso is the CAO of HCM Strategies (An Innovata Company), responsible for driving the data and analytical engine that powers HCM Strategies services. A proven leader with more than a decade of experience in the human capital management industry, Anthony brings an unmatched analytical mindset to the company, which serves as the backbone of everything we do. Before joining HCM Strategies, Anthony worked at a leading Global MSP, where he delivered contingent workforce program analytics to Fortune 500 companies, including Google, Cisco, and Phillips and spearheaded their global rate benchmarking program. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Rochester where he received a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics.
